Supports installation to SD card. HOWEVER: doing so will disable the widgets! This is a "feature" of Android, and isn't something I can fix. See http://bit.ly/icwTHi.

READ PHONE and NETWORK STATE: to ensure you're online before looking up locations, and to mute alarms while you're on the phone
STORAGE: for caching of daylight imagery
SYSTEM TOOLS: to make alarms work and set the phone's time zone
